What's the Fair of Apps for Education?

Next wednesday 20/12/2017 the III Fair of APPs for Education of the UPV/EHU will be held. This Fair is the public presentation of an interdisciplinary project that is carried out annually jointly by the Faculty of Education of Bilbao and the Bilbao School of Engineering. The aim of the project is to promote, on the one hand, the thoghtful use of new technologies in the field of education, and on the other hand, the ability to implement applied solutions from telecommunications engineering environment.

As in previous editions, students from the School of Engineering of Bilbao (Master in Telecommunications) and the Faculty of Education of Bilbao (Education Degrees) have worked collaboratively.

13 apps have been developed which are available for free in the APPs section of this website. Following the tradition, the "TxAPPelduna 2017" prize will be awarded to the app that gets better ratings on the fair itself, but as novelty, this year the apps can also be commented online. So, from the organization we encourage you to download, test and comment the apps and we invite you to attend the Fair to be held on 20th December at 11:00, at the Faculty of Education of Bilbao (Leioa Campus, UPV/EHU).

At the Fair, the projects will be presented in stands with posters and tutorials that each group of students has developed, which also will answer all questions and doubts about the applications created. In the APPs section of this website you can already see the video tutorials, download the apps to install the apps on Android devices and access to online commenting.
